General Policies

  1. NotchHost cannot be held responsible for any file or data loss.
  2. You are responsible for anything done on/to your service.
  3. You are renting services from; In no form do you own the services given to you.
  4. NotchHost is allowed to make any changes to your service without any consent from you when required.
  5. We reserve the right to keep, remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us.
  6. Once a Dispute with PayPal, Stripe, or your Financial Institution is opened, all services are to be suspended/terminated until a resolution is determined. 
  7. You may not impersonate any person or entity, including any NotchHost employees or representatives.
  8. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our resources is strictly prohibited without consent from the NotchHost administration team in a signed written form. (Example: Support Ticket)
  9. Anything illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language is strictly prohibited.
  10. Abusive, harassing, racist, inappropriate, and/or explicit language towards a NotchHost staff member or partner can result in further action such as suspension or termination.
  11. NotchHost reserves the right to refuse service from anyone at any time with or without reason.
  12. NotchHost reserves the right to edit/change or deletes a service. This means we are allowed to but not limited to edit/change prices of services without consent.
  13. In order to access our resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the resources. You agree that all information you provide will always be accurate and correct.
  14. A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service, including the AUP, as determined in the sole discretion of will result in an immediate termination of your services.

Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA)

  1. If we,, are hosting any of your Minecraft related services, you agree to the Minecraft EULA ( and all other agreements, policies, conditions and terms, provided to you by Mojang AB, in addition to but not in place of Terms of Service.

Payments & Refunds Policy

  1. You are liable for any Subscriptions created/edited with your financial institution. You may not hold responsible for any automatic payment(s). If you forget to cancel an automatic payment, contact support about a refund. A refund is not guaranteed, however, we will look into it for you.
  2. We provide a peace-of-mind policy for your services if you don''t like them. You can be provided a refund, no questions asked, within 72 hours of the activation of your order unless the order contains a Dedicated Server.

Furthermore, your account may also be suspended/closed and we may deny all future services to be active on your account/IP Address. Termination Policy

  1. You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate any service(s) provided by to you with any or no reason at all. You understand as the client that upon suspension or termination, your right to use the resources we provide will immediately be revoked and all refund after this point is at sole discretion of the administration team. We are not responsible for any files or data lost during the termination or suspension process.

Acceptable Use Policy/Unlimited Plan Policies

  1. reserves the right to terminate services for any customer or end-user activity that exposes it to legal liability or endangers its ability to provide services to other customers.
  2. All services hosted with are subjected to software limitations and physical hardware limits.
  3. Minecraft Gaming Servers require that a set number of RAM and Disk Space be assigned. By default, we assign your Unlimited Plan server with 75 Player Slots, RAM limit of 6GB, and a disk limit of 15GB. These limits are not hard limits and may be extended by request for no extra charge.
  4. For us to extend your soft limits, your usage must be about to or already exceeding your current limits. We reserve the right to require that outstanding issues be resolved before the extended limits are added.

Limitation of Warranties

Responsible Use and Conduct

In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources.
